Effective October 1, 2026
This policy explains what information DG Landscape Design Folsom ("DG Landscape Design," "we") collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. DG Landscape Design is owned by David Granados, California contractor license #903234.
What we collect
When you request a site visit, the booking form asks for your name, phone number, street address and city, a preferred day and time, the kind of work you're interested in, any notes you add, and any photos you choose to upload.
When you call or email us, we receive whatever you send, along with your phone number or email address.
Automatically, like any website, our hosting provider's servers record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request, confirm or reschedule a visit, and prepare a design and price
- To do the work if you hire us, and keep ordinary business records
- To keep the site running and protect it from spam and abuse
We use your phone number to call you about your project. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't sell or rent your information.
Who it's shared with
Booking requests are sent to David's business email, which is hosted by Google. The website is hosted by Hostinger, and the page fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Beyond those service providers, we share information only when you ask us to (for example, with your HOA or a permit office), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as we need them to respond, quote and complete your project, and for normal business and tax records after that.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you've sent us, or to stop contacting you. Call (916) 665-4684.
Do Not Track
This site doesn't track visitors across other websites, so it treats every visit the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
This site is for homeowners and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
Security
The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect what you send. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
