Meet David

The guy who shows up.

When you book a site visit, David is the one who comes out. He walks the yard with you, listens to how you want to use it, then draws the plan and renders himself. When the build starts, it's his own crew on site.

He's been designing and building outdoor spaces for over 20 years. A lot of his work comes from repeat clients, people who hired him once and called him back for the next project.

Same faces every job.

David's own crew handles demo, excavation, base, hardscape and cleanup. They have built patios, walls, driveways and details like this mailbox column across Rancho Cordova and the towns around it.

Step 4: the final walkthrough
How it works

See it before we dig.

  1. Walk it

David comes out, measures, and asks how you want to use the yard.

  2. Draw it

You get a plan and renders. Change your mind on paper, not in concrete.

  3. Build it

His own crew handles demo, grading, hardscape, carpentry and planting.

  4. Walk it again

A final walkthrough together to make sure it matches the plan.
